EVER LOVING MEMORY

OF

MY DEAR GRANDSON

STANLEY
GORDON AUTY

WHO PASSED AWAY

NOVEMBER 23, 1922
AGED 7 YEARS

I`ve sat beside his bed
and watched him as he slept
When with pain I heard him moan,
how bitterly I`ve wept.
I`ve pressed him to my bosom
in hopes to kill his pain
And kissed his little forehead
and wished him well again.

Farewell dear Grandma
and Grandad, my life is past,
I dearly loved you to the last.
Weep not for me nor sorrow take,
But love my mamma for my sake

21 Falmouth Grove, Leeds.
